Emerg­ing Lead­ers Advi­so­ry Board Wel­comes New Lead­er­ship & Two New Members

David Reid of Brazeau Sell­er Law (Ottawa, Ontario, Cana­da) has begun his term as the new Chair of Mer­i­tas’ Emerg­ing Lead­ers Advi­so­ry Board (ELAB), replac­ing out­go­ing Chair Shel­don Stokes of John­ston, Alli­son & Hord, P.A. (Char­lotte, North Car­oli­na, USA). The ELAB also has a new Chair-Elect, Char­lotte Whit­worth of Howard Kennedy (Lon­don, Unit­ed King­dom: Eng­land and Wales), and Sec­re­tary, James Skel­ton of Swaab (Syd­ney, New South Wales, Aus­tralia). In addi­tion to the new lead­er­ship, the ELAB also wel­comes two new mem­bers, Nicole Mead of DMAW Lawyers (Ade­laide, South Aus­tralia, Aus­tralia) and Mol­ly McDon­ald Cam­po­long of Robin­son Gray (Colum­bia, South Car­oli­na, USA).

The ELAB cre­ates oppor­tu­ni­ties for Mer­i­tas’ Emerg­ing Lawyers (for­mer­ly Young Lawyers) to meet each oth­er and devel­op rela­tion­ships and help guide pro­grams to raise engage­ment in the net­work among Mer­i­tas’ des­ig­nat­ed ELs and their firms. Thanks to the full 16-mem­ber board for their con­tin­u­ing ser­vice to Meritas.
